The first Warley Model Show meet-up in a couple years has been a success, even with a small number of attendees being there, the day we had was wonderful and it was nice to be able to meet some new faces in the modelling community.

We will post photos up from the show on a new page as soon as possible.

More 'King of the Railway' Books Revealed!
Whilst browsing through Amazon, some more titles from the 'King of the Railway' special have come to light, with a few more better quality pictures of one of the main characters from the new special.
It looks to be very promising, the yellow engine pictured here in these two covers, resembling the later 'Rocket' of 1830 designed by George Stephenson, which is in a way, quite interesting to see that the series producers are starting to use more UK based designs than USA prototypes.
Since Thomas the Tank Engine & Friends has been a UK product since 1945 when the books were first published, and since the series will now have a new writer for the upcoming seventeenth series, here's hoping that a few of the older series characters, will hopefully make a come back!

Robot Chicken - Blow Some Steam!
If you are fans of Thomas the Tank Engine, then you will love this epic and hilarious robot chicken parody created by comedy maestro and move actor, Seth Green.
Stop motion has always been a great form of animation, and those who love modelling Thomas, will enjoy this video for it's brilliant use of Bachmann Thomas models. Kudos to Seth Green, keep on entertaining! :)

Updated Dennis!
With help from viewers and friends, certain bits of Dennis have been updated, the jackshaft which seemed to bump the rails as he moved along, has now been made smaller and a pair of new coupling rods made from a Hornby 0-4-0 locomotive which extended from the center drive wheel to the jackshaft crank, have been fitted and the pins glued in place as they kept falling off.
I personally think he looks a lot more like his tv series model now that he has been given extra attention, and those wondering if he will be used in any upcoming episodes, the answer is yes, he will be.
